Friday, June 27 – Welcome & Networking

• Guests  check in at the hotel and receive welcome materials, including program guides      and event swag.

• Informal networking in the hospitality suite.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Welcome Cocktail Reception & Icebreaker

• Bingo      Networking Challenge: Participants walk around, meet new people, and      complete their bingo cards.
• Slideshow      & Video: Highlights from the previous year’s event.

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Dinner & Panel Discussion

• Alumni  -  Panel Discussion: Three past participants share their experiences,      facilitated by Logen Thiran.

• What  to expect over the weekend & key takeaways.

8:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Social Hour

• Informal  networking, dessert, and socializing.

Saturday, June 28 – Career Development & Networking

· Attendees introduce themselves by sharing three things about themselves as well as what they hope to get out of the weekend.

• Interactive  workshop on transitioning to civilian careers.
• Emotional  and psychological aspects of transition.

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Lunch Break

• Networking & Social Event with sponsors, employers, and professionals.
